Oxfordshire Artweeks at Querns Gallery

For Oxfordshire Artweeks 2011 Querns will exhibit the work of over 30 professional artists in what is sure to be the biggest event in the county in May.

The exhibition will run from Saturday 7th of May every day up to and including Sunday 15th May. Opening times are 11am to 6 pm. There will also be a late night opening until 8 pm on Thursday 12th May.

There will be a wide variety of indoor and outdoor work on display, all available for sale. Indoor work will be exhibited in the converted 18th-century barn where refreshments will also be available to enjoy on the terrace. A dozen painters and photographers will be displaying a vibrant collection of wall art, alongside the work of several jewellers and silversmiths. The outdoor sculpture trail will be in the large Mediterranean gardens and courtyards surrounding the barn. It will include a diverse range of sculpture, large and small, in bronze, steel, stone, wood and resins.
